We keep it true to a classic red sauce with a big, tangy, sweet bite from the Guajillo and Árbol peppers, and turned it all up with a raw cider vinegar and some black and white pepper notes that smack the back of your tongue nicely. Designed to complement anything in a tortilla, and once you have had this sauce on eggs, it's over.
