The applewood smoked salt we use in this sauce blends perfectly with the beauty of the habanero, and really brings out its sweetness. This is J's favorite sauce and an absolute must-have table sauce. We love it on eggs, chicken, mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, fish (or any seafood, really)... I mean, stop me now because it makes everything better!
